Patient Care Quality Office

Provides an accessible, visible and transparent point of contact for patients, residents, family members and or their representatives to share feedback, compliments or concerns about quality of care within the Northern Health Authority. Individuals that bring care complaints to the PCQO can expect that their complaint will be formally registered and that the office will work to with them to identify a reasonable resolution to their concerns.
