Housing Outreach Program

North Coast Transition Society is a non-profit organization that provides services and programs for men, women and children, with a particular focus on survivors of violence. The Society publicly addresses issues of violence, homelessness, poverty, addictions and social justice.

The Housing Outreach Program offers

  • Priority placements for people that are homeless, fleeing abuse or have serious health conditions
  • Assistance with documentation such as housing applications, social assistance, and BC Housing applications
  • Accompaniments, life skills training, financial management, crisis intervention, problem solving and follow-up.
