Environmental Assessments-Hagwilget
Safe drinking water is monitored by the Community Health Representative and Receptionist. A weekly water sample is sent to the Environmental Health Officer (EHO). Weekly water samples are also conducted by the District of New Hazelton.
The EHO provides house inspections for mold, pests, and safety. Inspections are carried out when requested by village members.
The Hagwilget Village works with the District of New Hazelton for the following emergency programs:
