Home Oxygen Program

The Northern Health Home Oxygen Program provides service through a contract with private homecare companies to those clients within the Northern Health service delivery areas who qualify according to the BC HOP Medical Criteria.

Completed HOP applications must be faxed by the client's physician to the Home Oxygen Program and Vital Aire or MedPro, per the application form instructions.
