Northern Health Connections Bus
Northern Health Connections is an affordable travel service for patients needing to travel to out-of-town medical appointments in Northern BC and Vancouver.
Buses run the Prince Rupert-Prince George route four times per week, makings stops in Port Edwards, Terrace, Gitwangak (Kitwanga), Gitsegukla, Hazelton, Morricetown, Smithers, Telkwa, Houston, Topley, Burns Lake, Fraser Lake, and Vanderhoof.
Patients must have a valid BC CareCard, carry photo ID, not need medical care during travel, and be 18 years or older (passengers younger than 18 must be accompanied by a companion).
Travel can be booked online or via phone.
