Teens in Control

Teens in Control – a free workshop for youth in BC ages 12–18 who have a family member living with a mental illness – is being launched via video conferencing.

Youth can be referred to the workshops by a family member or professional, or youth 14+ can self-refer. There is the option for youth to continue with an online drop-in group after attending a workshop.
