InReach Online Physio - Telehealth Physiotherapy
InReach is a way of providing high quality
Physiotherapy services using video conferencing and other app-based technology to
people in rural/remote areas and people who prefer not to leave the comfort of their
home. We have been assessing and treating patients in northern and rural BC since 2018 as in-person Physiotherapy is often in short supply.
We are currently providing Physiotherapy service for medical centres in communities in the Northern Health Authority such as Fraser Lake, Fort St. James, Nakaz’dli Whut’en, Masset and Queen Charlotte City. Physicians fax referrals to us, we assess and treat and fax back our chart notes to ensure consistent communication and continuity of care. In a few health centres, we have set up a telephysio room where patients can come for their appointment if they do not have a computer/tablet/smart phone and wifi at home.

- Musculoskeletal conditions (acute and chronic injury, pre/post op)
- Concussion rehabilitation
- Chronic Pain conditions
- Pelvic health (pre/post natal care, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse)
- Neuro rehabilitation (stroke, Bell’s Palsy, SCI, MS, vestibular disorders)
- Cardiorespiratory conditions (COPD, asthma, CF, pneumonia)
- Healthy aging (Osteoarthritis) and Exercise consulting (injury/illness prevention)
Please note: Physician referral is not required to access our service. Our online booking platform allows for same day appointments and service
fees can be reimbursed by most extended health benefit providers.
