Sexual Assault Services (SAS)

The Sexual Assault Services (SAS) program is run by Northern Society for Domestic Peace and serves Houston, Smithers, and Witset. The program offers crisis counselling and support, RCMP, hospital, and court accompaniment, and support with victim services to anyone (13+) who has experienced sexual assault. Services are confidential and not dependant on reporting the assault to police or justice system. Survivors are supported through making choices that work for them and processing the experience in a way that meets their needs.
