The Terrace Low Barrier Clinic (also known as the Medical Outreach Clinic) provides team‑based primary care services for individuals experiencing significant barriers to accessing traditional healthcare services. The clinic focuses on culturally safe, longitudinal, and integrated care for patients with complex medical, mental health, and substance use needs.
At this time, eligible patients meet one or more of the following criteria:
• Individuals who are precariously housed or unhoused (including those staying in shelters, transition housing, temporary accommodations, or couch surfing)
• Individuals experiencing substance use concerns, including alcohol, opioids, stimulants, and/or benzodiazepines
• Individuals experiencing both substance use and complex mental health concerns
• Unattached elders aged 70 years or older (clinic‑based services only; not eligible for van services)

(closed for lunch 12;30PM-1:30PM)
