Maternity Clinic-Smithers

A new team-based maternity clinic is now launching in the Bulkley Valley/Witset region, enhancing access to coordinated, compassionate perinatal care closer to home. The maternity providers in the region are consolidating services into a single, collaborative maternity clinic offering pre- and post-natal care, lactation support, and home birth services.

This new model of care is designed to strengthen communication among providers, increase coverage, and make it easier for patients to access the care, support, and education they need throughout their pregnancy and after birth.
