Family Support Group

Prince Rupert Family Support Group is for the families, friends, and caregivers of any individual living with a mental illness. A diagnosis is not required to attend the support group.

The group provides a safe and supportive environment to share and learn from each other. Participants gain emotional support; practical tips and strategies; education and information; and an opportunity to de-stress.
