WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING WALK-INS (except for emergencies or exceptional circumstances)
ALL SERVICES WILL BE BY APPOINTMENT (INCLUDING LAB WORK).
PATIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK UPON ENTRY. PLEASE FOLLOW THE ENTRY PROCESS UPON ENTRY.
