Healthy Eating Workshops

This interactive workshop will enhance knowledge, skills and confidence in creating childcare settings that support physical literacy, healthy eating and healthy child development. Planning tools, selfassessments, recipes, games and activities will be shared.

The workshop is suited to early years providers and stakeholders who are interested in learning more about physical literacy and healthy eating for children 0-5 years old, and who want increase their capacity in this field.

The Appetite to Play initiative builds the capacity of early years providers to promote and encourage healthy eating and physical activity in the early years. We want to reach everyone in British Columbia, and have training from the comfort of your own home!

Workshop schedule for spring 2019:

Monday April 15th, 10am to 12pm
Monday April 29th, 6pm to 8pm
Tuesday May 7th, 10am to 12pm
Monday May 27th, 6pm to 8pmĀ 
Tuesday June 4th, 10am to 12pm
Thursday June 20th, 6pm to 8pm
