Making Sense of Pain Self Management Program
The Pacific Northwest Division of Family Practice will be offering Pain BC’s Making Sense of Pain program starting in October 2024. A Doctors referral is not required; you can self-refer.
These weekly sessions for ten weeks will take place via Zoom.
Joining an online Pain Support and Wellness Group can help you:
• Feel connected to a supportive community
• Connect with people who understand what it takes to live with pain
• Talk openly and honestly about your life with pain in a safe and confidential environment
• Feel more empowered
• Learn new information about pain and coping
• Increase confidence and skills to live well with pain
