Self-Management Health Coach Program provides individualised telephone support for people living with chronic diseases.more info
Sexual Abuse Intervention Program
Assessment and treatment for children and youth who have been sexually abused and/or are exhibiting problematic sexual behaviors (under 12 years), and support for families.more info
Stopping The Violence Counselling Program
Free individual and group counselling for women who have experience sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, and other crimes. Confidentiality is highly maintained.more info
Strengthening Families Together
Strengthening Families Together (SFT) is a free six-session program that equips families and caregivers with knowledge, skills, and connections to better support loved ones with mental illness. Our next sessions are scheduled to take place April 7th to May 12th 2026 on Tuesday evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. A light meal and refreshments will be provided during the sessions.
