Strengthening Families Together - Terrace
Strengthening Families Together (SFT) is a free six-session program that equips families and caregivers with knowledge, skills, and connections to better support loved ones with mental illness. Our next sessions are scheduled to take place April 7th to May 12th 2026 on Tuesday evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. A light meal and refreshments will be provided during the sessions. Trans Lifeline
Trans Lifeline is dedicated to the well being of transgender people. We run a hotline staffed by transgender people for transgender people. Trans Lifeline volunteers are ready to respond to whatever support needs members of our community might have.more info
Women's Counselling
Provides specialised support for women who are experiencing a power imbalance in intimate relationships or have experienced historical abuse. more info
