Strengthening Families Together - Terrace

Strengthening Families Together (SFT) is a free six-session program that equips families and caregivers with knowledge, skills, and connections to better support loved ones with mental illness. Our next sessions are scheduled to take place April 7th to May 12th 2026 on Tuesday evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. A light meal and refreshments will be provided during the sessions.
