Evergreen Foot Care Clinic
Services include: trim and file toe nails, trim thick and ingrown toenails, treat fungal infections, cracked heels calluses and corns. Provide diabetic and peripheral vascular assessment, and foot care education. Suggestions for selecting proper fitting shoes, and foot/toe splinting and padding.more info
Family / Caregiver Support Group
Monthly virtual Family Support Group for families, friends and / or caregivers of a loved one living with mental illness. Refreshments offered. Virtual or in-person options available.more info
Health Equipment Loan Program
Provides short-term loans of basic health equipment to those recovering from surgery or injury, or living with mobility limitations. Available equipment includes mobility aids, bath aids, toileting aids, walking aids, and aids to daily living. more info

Strengthening Families Together
Strengthening Families Together (SFT) is a free six-session program that equips families and caregivers with knowledge, skills, and connections to better support loved ones with mental illness. Our next sessions are scheduled to take place April 7th to May 12th 2026 on Tuesday evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. A light meal and refreshments will be provided during the sessions.
