Strengthening Families Together is a free 6 session course for families, friends and caregivers who have a loved one living with any mental illness, a diagnosis is not required. This course is held in person and open to families anywhere in the Northwest region. Our next SFT program will be in the fall of 2024. Please contact us to register.more info
